
Job Summary
Omed Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Medical Representative to promote and distribute our dermatology and cosmetology product range to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build professional relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Sales Representative:
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s skincare and pharmaceutical products to pharmacies and clinics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Visit assigned areas regularly to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
Provide accurate product information and introduce new products to clients.
Collect orders and coordinate with the office for timely delivery.
Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback to the management.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product presentations, and marketing activities.
Medical Representative (For Colombo Suburbs):
Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical and dermatological skincare products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, dermatologists, and pharmacists.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Visit assigned territories regularly to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts.
Provide accurate product information, clinical benefits, and usage guidance to healthcare professionals.
Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback to management.
Prepare daily call reports and monthly sales reports.
Participate in medical promotions, product presentations, CME programs, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification (Diploma in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage).
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clinics, and pharmacies.
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Possess a valid driving license / motorbike and willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
Age between 22 – 35 years preferred.
