Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and assist with marketing coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships

Support daily sales and marketing activities

Coordinate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media

Assist with promotions, campaigns, and marketing coordination

Follow up with customers and support sales conversions

Maintain customer records and basic reporting

Requirements

Female candidates preferred

Good communication skills in English

Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality

Basic computer and social media knowledge

Ability to multitask and work independently

Previous experience in sales/customer handling is an added advantage
