We are seeking a dynamic and disciplined Sales and Marketing Assistant to drive business growth and ensure smooth office operations. Key responsibilities include: * Actively pursuing new sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients to achieve annual sales targets. * Handling administrative and documentation tasks to ensure efficient office function.
Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Essential Requirements: * Computer Literacy is a Must. (Proficiency in MS Office/Email) * Demonstrated Punctuality and High Discipline are non-negotiable.
Preferred Qualifications: * Gender preference: Male * Must possess a Valid Driving License. * Experience/Knowledge of Domestic & International Courier/Logistics operations is a distinct advantage.
Location Preference: * Candidates residing in surrounding areas are highly preferred (Colombo 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15).
Compensation & Benefits: * Basic Salary: LKR 35,000 (starting) + Attractive Commission on sales. * For experienced candidates, the salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and proven ability to contribute to the business.
