【~】✪ Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
【~】✪ Proficiency in at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
【~】✪ Strong understanding of process design and optimization.
【~】✪ Basic programming skills (C#, VB, or Python).
【~】✪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
【~】✪ Strong documentation and communication skills.
【~】✪ Ability to work according to standard US hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM SLT) and calendar.

【~】✪ Document automation logic, process flows, and exception handling.
【~】✪ Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to ensure successful automation delivery.
【~】✪ Assess automation feasibility and prioritize opportunities based on impact.
