1.O.A.K is a premium womenswear boutique located in the heart of Colombo 03, offering elegant, high-end fashion for modern women. We are seeking a confident, experienced Female Store Manager to lead our boutique team and deliver a luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Team Leadership
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the boutique
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 1–3 sales associates
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure discipline
Maintain boutique cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards
Sales & Customer Experience
Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service
Provide personalized styling advice to customers
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with premium customers
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Inventory & Stock Control
Track stock levels and fast-moving designs
Maintain accurate inventory records
Coordinate replenishments and new arrivals with factory
Reporting & Cash Handling
Prepare daily sales summaries and performance reports
Handle basic cash, POS, and opening/ closing procedures
Support promotions, seasonal launches, and exclusive events
Required Qualifications & Experience
Female candidates only
Minimum 3–5 years experience in:
Boutique fashion retail / Luxury apparel
Evening wear or designer wear (preferred)
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Strong sense of styling, fashion, and customer presentation
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Visual merchandising experience
Social-media-friendly attitude for assisting with content or styling shoots
Basic computer knowledge for POS and reporting
