Responsibilities
* Take and process customer orders at the counter or table.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Support food preparation and kitchen operations when required.
* Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
* Handle cash, card payments, and maintain daily sales records.
* Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Clear and reset tables efficiently.
* Restock ingredients, packaging, and service supplies.
* Assist with takeaway and delivery orders.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
* Help with opening and closing duties.
* Receive and organize stock deliveries.
* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the restaurant supervisor or manager.
Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
