Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sri Lankan Cook to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Sri Lankan dishes that delight our international guests, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
Prepare traditional and contemporary Sri Lankan dishes with authentic flavors.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all meals.
Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and supplies efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook, preferably in a restaurant serving local cuisine to international guests.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan recipes, spices, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
Passion for delivering high-quality food experiences.
