1. Core Responsibilities: Be responsible for the daily cleaning of the restaurant's public areas (lobby, corridors, restrooms) and auxiliary areas in the kitchen. This includes sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping and disinfecting tables and chairs, and timely removing garbage to ensure the environmental hygiene meets food safety and sanitation standards.
2. Job Requirements: Operate in strict accordance with the cleaning procedures and use cleaning agents and tools correctly; respond promptly to temporary cleaning needs (such as handling stains spilled by customers); comply with the restaurant's safety regulations and place safety signs (e.g., wet floor signs) in the cleaned areas.
3. Coordination and Collaboration: Cooperate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to complete in-depth cleaning (such as cleaning door and window glass, equipment surfaces) during non-peak hours, ensuring a clean overall operating environment for the restaurant.
4. Professionalism: Possess a sense of responsibility and efficiency awareness, pay attention to details, and be able to adapt to the restaurant's shift work schedule.
