Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef who is experienced in wok cooking and can work efficiently as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle high-heat wok stations, prepare dishes quickly, and maintain consistency in quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food using a wok (stir-fry, fried rice, noodles, etc.)
* Manage wok station efficiently during busy service hours
* Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
* Monitor stock and reduce food waste
Requirements:
* Proven experience in wok cooking (essential)
* Experience in fast food or restaurant kitchen preferred
