Royal Nursing Home (Pvt)Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our medical team
Position Details
• Job Title: Resident Doctor
• Location : Two doctors are required for the Mount Lavinia branch
• Employment Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow up care.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and medical training programs.
• Support senior medical staff in emergency and critical care situations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
• MBBS degree or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license & registered with Sri Lanka Medical Council.
• Minimum 10 Years experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working hours
From Monday to Friday, within the time range of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., you must work 6 hours per day. Additionally, you must work 3 hours on either Saturday or Sunday
What we offer
Basic Salary plus allowance Rs.250,000 - Rs.350,000 Negotiable according to qualifications and Experience, permanent employment with annual salary increment.
