Requirements & Benefits
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related work
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ability to handle bulk recruitment and meet hiring targets within deadlines
• Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
