We are looking for a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Technician to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems that support our temperature-controlled warehouse operations. This role is critical to maintaining product integrity, operational efficiency, and safety standards.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in refrigeration maintenance, preferably in cold storage, food manufacturing, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments.
• Sound knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, compressors, and HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings. Experience in preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled refrigeration systems will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-outs when required
