Job Summary
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates. The role focuses on attracting, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience. Recruitment Officers work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Draft and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Perform reference checks and background verification where required.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes and candidate selection.
Respond to candidate and internal recruitment-related queries.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and HRIS updates.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Employer Branding & Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1–3+ years experience in recruitment or HR.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and HR best practices.
Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of ATS / HRIS systems.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
