Zee Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Collections Manager to lead and strengthen our collections team in Colombo.

👤Requirements
✔Age between 25 – 45 years
✔Previous experience in collections, recovery, or the finance industry is required
✔Team handling or management experience is preferred
✔Strong spoken and written English is required
✔Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔Able to work under pressure and manage team targets effectively
✔Diploma / HND / Degree will be an added advantage
✔Male and female candidates are welcome
💡Key Responsibilities
✔Manage and supervise the collections team
✔Monitor team performance and daily collection results
✔Set targets and follow up on team productivity
✔Train, guide, and motivate collection staff
✔Handle difficult customer cases and escalation matters
✔Prepare reports and communicate with management in English
✔Improve collection performance and support process optimization
💰Salary & Benefits
🌟Salary Range: LKR 150,000 – 500,000
💸The final salary package will depend on experience, English ability, leadership skills, and interview performance
