Good Spa is looking for a friendly and responsible receptionist to join our team in Weligama.

We are a premium spa working with international guests from all over the world, focused on high-quality service and a calm beautiful atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting guests

* Managing bookings and WhatsApp communication

* Supporting daily spa operations

* Helping maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

* Communicating with therapists and coordinating schedules

* Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

* Good English speaking skills

* Friendly and professional communication

* Responsibility and punctuality

* Basic computer / phone skills

* Ability to work in a team

* Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, café, restaurant, or customer service is a plus
