Receptionist – Co-Working Space (Yakkala)
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Office Assistant to manage daily operations at our shared office space in Yakkala.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Welcome visitors and assist members
✔️ Handle phone calls & WhatsApp inquiries
✔️ Manage desk & meeting room bookings
✔️ Support daily office activities
✔️ Create simple social media posts (Canva)
✔️ Maintain a clean and professional environment
Requirements:
✔️ Pleasant personality & good communication skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge
✔️ Canva / creative thinking skills (preferred)
✔️ Ability to multitask & manage time
✔️ Experience is a plus, but not mandatory
