• Provide customer support for the external parties.
• Attend to customers' calls and manage inquiries effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written. Tamil language skills will be a definite advantage.
• Should be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Should possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who live in Colombo 10 and the suburbs are encouraged to apply
