About the Role:
Mister T Real Estate is looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Executives / Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team.
The role involves handling property inquiries, following up with clients, coordinating viewings, building relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords, and helping close rental and sales transactions.
We are open to both experienced real estate agents and junior sales candidates who have strong communication skills, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle buyer, tenant, seller, and landlord inquiries
* Follow up with leads professionally and consistently
* Coordinate and attend property viewings
* Build strong client relationships
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
* Negotiate and assist with closing rental and sales deals
* Update lead and deal progress in the company system
* Coordinate with the team to help market & move transactions forward
* Represent the company professionally with high-value clients and property owners
Requirements:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Confidence speaking to clients over phone and in person
* Good follow-up discipline
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Interest in real estate and sales
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to follow company systems and update lead progress
* Prior real estate or sales experience is an advantage
* Fluency in English is an advantage
* Sinhala and/or Tamil communication skills are also useful

Compensation:
