💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Previous experience in sales, marketing or real estate will be an added advantage
✪ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✪ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
✪ Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic personality
✪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✪ Fluency in English (Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage)
✪ Valid driving license is a must
💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Promote and market properties to potential buyers and tenants
✪ Handle client inquiries and arrange property viewings
✪ Build and maintain relationships with property owners and clients
✪ Negotiate property sales and rental agreements
✪ Acquire new property listings for the company
✪ Achieve monthly sales and rental targets set by the company
