Age: Below 40 years.
Good Educational Qualifications required.
At least 3 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor in MEP Field.
Good English and Sinhala communication skills.
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ A detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and numerical skills.
【~】✪ Proficient in MEP quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
【~】✪ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Conducting site visits to assess progress and verify measurements.
💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Managing all cost aspects of MEP construction projects.
【~】✪ Preparing tender documents, contracts, and payment certifications.
【~】✪ Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial efficiency.
