01 Male or Female candidates can apply
02 Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
03 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quantity surveying (preferred)
04 Knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
05 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
06 Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
07 Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
08 Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
