01 Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
02 Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
03 Strong knowledge of construction estimating, BOQs, contracts, and cost control.
04 Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
05 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).
06 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
07 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
08 Membership or eligibility for a recognized professional body is an advantage.
09 A valid driving license is an advantage.
