💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related Natural Science discipline
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing
Thorough knowledge of and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end QA and QC processes
Strong experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and other food safety and quality management systems
Hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, audit management, laboratory management, and supplier quality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across all manufacturing operations
Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Oversee internal, external, customer, certification, and regulatory audits, ensuring the timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage laboratory operations, including testing, calibration, validation, and the maintenance of laboratory quality standards
Drive food safety and hygiene programs across all manufacturing facilities
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
