Previous experience in the motor industry is an added advantage
Previous working experience in international airports or star hotels (Local / overseas) is an added advantage
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
A mature and experienced female professional aged 35-55 years with a strong background in customer relations. Brings a presentable personality, excellent English communication skills, and proven ability to handle complaints and negotiations professionally. Prior experience in airports, star hotels, or the motor industry is highly valued.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and complaints professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide frontline customer communication and support
Maintain high service standards
Handle customer negotiations and issue resolution

Full-time onsite position at the Jetour Showroom, Colombo 05. Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM. The role focuses on enhancing customer relations, complaints, and grievances management for Euro Motors, the sole agent in Sri Lanka for Jetour, JAC, Dongfeng, and Bonluck vehicles.
