💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Project manager (Aluminum) - Unisyst Engineering Limited, Hayleys Construction & Engineering Sector

【~】✪ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

【~】✪ 5 - 10 years of experience in the construction field.

【~】✪ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.

【~】✪ Ability to work based at any site location and willingness to travel.

【~】✪ Experience with Aluminum joinery, glazing, and façade systems is a strong added advantage.

【~】✪ Identify and prepare resources (manpower, machinery, materials) to manage project expenses within allocated budgets.

【~】✪ Ensure day-to-day project progress, reviewing against timeline goals with relevant parties.

【~】✪ Manage cost analysis, planning, and rescheduling of activities according to budget and physical plans.

【~】✪ Initiate and maintain positive client relationships by coordinating with the client, main contractor, and head office.

【~】✪ Ensure effective implementation of Safety & Quality standards, guide the team, solve issues, and maintain proper documentation.
