01 Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, or related field
02 Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction/project management
03 Strong knowledge of building construction and site supervision
04 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
05 Good leadership and communication skills
06 Knowledge of BOQ, estimating, and project planning
07 Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
08 Valid driving license preferred
