The Balcony Project is looking for a capable and detail-oriented Lead Project Supervisor to manage our premium plant maintenance services. This role requires strong leadership, efficient operations, and a commitment to high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily plant maintenance across multiple sites
• Manage and guide a team to ensure quality and timely work
• Conduct site visits to maintain plant health and overall presentation
• Plan and schedule maintenance efficiently
• Communicate with clients professionally on-site
• Track progress and update management regularly
• Ensure all work meets our brand standards
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
• Degree in Project Management, Horticulture, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English and Sinhalese
• Valid driving license and ability to use Google Maps
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites under pressure
