Position Overview
We are seeking a high-ownership Production Executive to take full accountability for our specialized Pet Treatment line. You will lead the entire product lifecycle—from ordering raw materials and managing regulatory approvals to ensuring final stock delivery. We need a proactive leader to manage the team, optimize inventory, and guarantee manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Production: Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring timely delivery of stocks.
2. Inventory Management: Proactively order raw materials and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise and drive the production team to meet daily targets.
4. Quality & Compliance: Maintain SOPs and ISO standards in a laboratory environment.
5. Regulatory Affairs: Handle all regulatory approvals and ensure timely yearly renewal of all manufacturing certificates.
Requirements
1. Education: BSc in Science (Chemistry major or similar is mandatory).
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production role.
3. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team and take initiative independently.
4. Operations Savvy: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 and supply chain basics.
5. Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Core Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
