Job Key Roles

Production Planning: Plan and Ensure daily, weekly, or monthly production schedules to meet Sales demands.

Operational Oversight: Supervise production staff and workflows to ensure maximum time efficiency and quality standards are maintained.

Quality & Safety Control : Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety, and industry regulations.

Resource Management: Manage raw materials, inventory, and equipment; coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages. Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and analyze data to improve processes.

Preferred Female Candidates with strong interpersonal and communication Skills aged within 40 - 50 Years of Age.

Qualification in Agriculture, Hotel Industry, Food Science Sector or any other relevant field is Expected
