Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Graphic Designer to create engaging and high-quality visual content for our digital platforms.

As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching visuals that enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

• Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, and ad creatives

• Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms

• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop campaign visuals

• Edit and enhance property images for social media marketing

• Stay updated with social media design trends and formats

• Deliver designs on time according to content schedules

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

• 1+ year experience in graphic design or social media design

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Strong creativity and attention to detail

• Good understanding of social media platforms and design requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
