🔰Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused POS Support Executive to provide technical support for our Point of Sale (POS) solutions. The successful candidate will assist customers with software, hardware, and system-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for retail and hospitality businesses.
🟥Key Responsibilities :-
✅Provide remote and onsite technical support for POS software and hardware.
✅Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, including receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, payment terminals, and other peripherals.
✅Troubleshoot software, database, and network issues, escalating complex cases when required.
✅Assist customers with system setup, user management, product configuration, promotions, and report generation.
✅Perform SQL Server database backup, restore, and basic troubleshooting.
✅Log, track, and resolve support tickets while meeting agreed service levels.
✅Deliver customer training on POS operations and best practices.
✅Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
✅Coordinate with the Development and Implementation teams to resolve product-related issues.
💢Qualifications :-
♦️Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
♦️Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in IT or POS support is an advantage.
‼️Required Skills
☑️Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
☑️Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and networking concepts.
☑️Familiarity with POS hardware and peripheral devices is an advantage.
☑️Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
☑️Excellent communication and customer service skills.
☑️Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
