Personal Cook

Location: Colombo 05

We are looking for an experienced, clean, and dedicated Full-Time Personal Cook (Living-In) to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality daily meals. Comfortable accommodation/staying place and all meals will be fully provided.

The ideal candidate must be versatile, hygienic, and capable of cooking a variety of flavorful dishes ranging from traditional Sri Lankan flavors to popular international cuisines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).

Cook authentic Sri Lankan (Western & Eastern styles), Chinese, and everyday Western dishes.

Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, utensils, and food preparation areas.

Manage kitchen inventory and keep track of grocery needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a living-in personal cook, domestic chef, or in a hotel/restaurant kitchen.

Deep knowledge of Sri Lankan (including Eastern/Jaffna style and Western/Southern style curries), Chinese, and basic Western cooking.

High level of personal hygiene, honesty, and punctuality.

Excellent references from previous employers (preferred).
