Our Business:-
Our hotel is a semi luxury hotel, consists of 23 guest rooms and a banquet hall bearing 125 pax. the property is situated with a view of the Kandy Lake.
Qualifications and Experience Required:-
5+ years of working experience in the Hotel Industry in a similar capacity.
Should build a network and a rapport with all stakeholders including Travel Agents, Tour guides and foreign tour leaders.
Must have knowledge around the kitchen activities.
Key Responsibilities Include:-
Training and supervising Staff.
Managing budget, maintain statistical and financial records.
Planning maintenance work, event and room booking.
Promoting and marketing the business with a knowledge of Digital Marketing Preferred.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety legislation and licensing laws.
Proven experience of managing, promoting and marketing a hotel and restaurant.
Good Knowledge, of Hotel and Restaurant and Kitchen Operation.
A mindset to continuous improve the business, and the ability to take well-thought initiatives to ensure targets are met.
Self-motivated and energetic, with a great attention to detail to just get things done as needed.
Capable of taking the overall responsibility of the entire business property.
Trustworthy, Open minded and a pleasant personality.
