【~】✪ 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Resort Naturalist / Gardening Team Leader)
【~】✪ A relevant qualification in Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Studies, or Tourism is a definite advantage
【~】✪ Good communication and interpersonal skills for guiding international and local guests
【~】✪ Knowledgeable about local flora, fauna, and village culture
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ Lead the gardening unit, guide the gardeners, and oversee daily tasks to keep the resort grounds beautiful
【~】✪ Ability to work independently and manage sustainable green projects within the resort
【~】✪ Guide guests on natural walks and other Eco tours as needed
