Pawn Manager
Key Responsibilities
🔹Manage the day-to-day operations of the pawn shop and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
🔹Evaluate and appraise items presented for pawn based on market value and condition.
🔹Process pawn loans, renewals, extensions, redemptions, and purchases accurately.
🔹Negotiate fair loan and purchase terms with customers.
🔹Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
🔹Monitor and control pawned and retail inventory, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
🔹Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize losses and discrepancies.
🔹Supervise, train, and motivate employees to achieve operational and customer service standards.
🔹Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
🔹Monitor cash handling, daily reconciliations, and overall shop profitability.
