The ideal candidates should possess the following requirements.
Pastry Chef
➢ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role at a reputed bakery, restaurant or hotel.
➢ Proven hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of Pastries, Breads, Bakery Products,
Short-eats and Savory Curry Fillings for all the Bakery Products.
➢ Proven ability to manage and supervise bakery operations while maintaining high standards
of food quality, food hygiene and cost controlling.
➢ Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Age: Below 45 years.
Sri Lankan Cuisine Chef
➢ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity at a reputed restaurant, hotel, or food
& beverage establishment.
➢ Ability to prepare authentic Sri Lankan Rice and Curry Dishes, Breakfast Menus and Lamprais
etc.
➢ Should be able to maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
➢ Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
➢ Age: Below 45 years.
