We’re Hiring – Overseas Sales Coordinator
Sky Mark Auto is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Overseas Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and be part of the international Japanese automobile export industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle overseas customer inquiries and coordinate sales.
* Build and maintain relationships with international clients.
* Follow up on vehicle orders, shipments, and documentation.
* Coordinate with Japanese suppliers and shipping companies.
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and customer updates.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent English communication skills (Japanese is an added advantage).
*Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of vehicles/automobiles is preferred.
* Computer literacy in Email, Excel, Social Media, and CRM.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous sales experience is an advantage.
* School leavers are welcome to apply.
