OUTLET SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage and motivate outlet staff to maintain high service standards

• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle customer inquiries professionally

• Coordinate food production, service, and delivery activities

• Assist in menu planning, food costing, and inventory control

• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards are maintained

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports

Qualifications

• Male/Female applicants: Age 30 – 50 years

• Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. A/L

• Previous experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality operations preferred

• Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, and inventory management will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Friendly personality with a positive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Tamil-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
