A leading security services company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across multiple client locations.
✅ Key Responsibilities :
* Manage and supervise security operations across multiple sites.
* Plan, schedule, and maintain security personnel rosters.
* Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
* Lead, motivate, and develop large security teams.
* Conduct site inspections, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent customer service.
* Handle operational issues, incidents, and emergency situations effectively.
* Coordinate manpower planning, deployment, and resource allocation.
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
✅ Requirements :
🔹 Skills :
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent planning, scheduling, and roster management abilities.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple operational locations simultaneously.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Sound knowledge of security operations, risk management, and client service.
* Good computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
🔹 Experience :
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Security Operations.
* At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
* Proven experience in managing multiple security sites and large teams.
* Experience in client handling, manpower planning, and operational coordination.
🔹 Educational Qualifications :
* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
