OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, administration, or healthcare management.
OR
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) with good results and a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, administration, or healthcare management.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Lead and supervise administrative and operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvements.
Additional Requirement:
Be flexible with working hours and willing to cover operational requirements, including weekends, public holidays, and emergencies when required.
Language Requirement - Proficiency in all three languages:
- English
- Tamil
- Sinhala
Salary Package
- Rs. 100,000 - 150,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)
