Bubble Me, one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing bubble tea brands, is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the customer experience in our bubble tea outlet. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise baristas and front-line staff.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, place supplier orders, and ensure proper stock management.
• Maintain consistent product quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve complaints.
• Track daily sales, monitor cash handling, and support budgeting and cost control.
• Execute promotional campaigns and ensure in-store branding is up to date.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and service.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in F&B operations or management (2-3 Years)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and customer experience management.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, quality control.
• Staff and roster management.
• Teamwork management.
