Bluetitan Distributors (Pvt) Ltd, an authorized Litro Gas distributor, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our day-to-day distribution operations.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, fleet performance, customer satisfaction, staff management, and business growth across our distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cylinder distribution and delivery operations.
* Manage and supervise drivers, helpers, yard staff, and operational teams.
* Ensure timely deliveries to dealers, commercial customers, and retail outlets.
* Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle maintenance, and route efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline.
* Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
* Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support growth initiatives.
* Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement programs.
* Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
* Ensure proper inventory control and accountability of cylinders and assets.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in FMCG, logistics, transportation, petroleum, LPG, or distribution industries will be an added advantage.
* Valid driving license preferred.
