What You’ll Do:
- Handle high-volume phone calls to contact delinquent customers and manage correspondence 📞
- Negotiate repayment deadlines, track payments, and follow up as needed 💼
- Assist customers with collection issues and resolve discrepancies ✅
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts effectively 📊
- Support branch operations with other relevant tasks
- Achieve department goals and activity metrics 🎯
Who We’re Looking For:
- Age: 21–28 years 👤
- Education: G.C.E O/L & A/L qualified 🎓
- Flexible to work weekends & holidays 🗓️
- Good computer literacy & email skills 💻
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills ✨
- Industrial experience in a contact center is a plus
