Below 35 years of age
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
# 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality
Experience in procurement or supply chain operations preferred
💠 RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyse quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers
Request quotations from suppliers for evaluation
Raise purchase orders (PO) through the system based on finalised quotations
Follow up on pending purchase orders for all Browns hotels
Coordinate with hotel and finance teams regarding supplier payments across all categories (Engineering, Housekeeping, General, Food and Beverage)

Support procurement processes for multiple hotel locations
