Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Assistant based in Colombo. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, processing sales transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with product displays and ensuring smooth daily operations of the store.

Qualifications

Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

Inventory management and organizational abilities

Basic knowledge of sales processes and retail operations

Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as required

Prior experience in retail or a related field is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent

Driving License is Added Advantage
