We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn and grow in a professional office environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Visit banks to deposit/collect documents and payments
- Perform data entry and basic computer-related tasks
- Answer phone calls and manage emails professionally
- Handle document collection and delivery (government offices, clients, etc.)
- Assist staff with day-to-day office activities
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
⏰ Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📌 Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- GCE O/L or A/L qualification
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driving license (preferred)
💰 Salary:
- Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 45,000 per month
