We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, maintain records, coordinate with staff, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day office administration.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Maintain files, records, and office documents.
• Prepare reports and data entry as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Assist management with administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification (Diploma in Business Administration is an advantage).
• Previous experience in office administration is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
