Multi Skilled Technician

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to handle day-to-day technical and maintenance work at our property. The role involves working with car park systems, air conditioning, and general electrical and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Operate and maintain the electronic car park system

Monitor and maintain central air conditioning systems and chillers

Handle repairs and servicing of A/C units

Carry out basic electrical repairs and maintenance work

Attend to daily maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

Ensure all equipment is working safely and properly

Support general upkeep of the property
