Merchandising Intern -Welisara

We are a leading FMCG company looking for a dynamic individual to manage our e-commerce store at our warehouse complex.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Inventory & Supply Management:

Monitor physical and virtual stock. Ensure daily stock accuracy, updates, and reconciliation.

Order Fulfilment & Quality Control:

Oversee the complete order process—from invoice printing to packing. Conduct quality checks and record daily dispatch counts.

System & Reporting:

Use internal systems for invoicing and tracking. Generate daily reports on order status, handovers, and

packaging.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with packing and delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate dispatch.

SKILLS:

E-commerce basic knowledge

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer and Excel literacy

Ability to manage workflow independently and take initiative

Good communication skills
