Sales Executive – Printing Factory
We are a growing printing factory in Sri Lanka looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer acquisition and achieve monthly sales targets. This role is ideal for someone seeking stable income with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Find new customers and manage existing clients
• Promote printing products and services
• Coordinate orders with the production team
• Prepare basic sales reports using Word and Excel
• Follow up payments and order confirmations
• Maintain customer database and sales records
Requirements
• Sales experience preferred, freshers welcome
• Willingness to visit customers
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge is an added advantage
• Good negotiation skills and target-focused attitude
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: LKR 50,000
• Commission: 3% – 8% on confirmed orders
• Mobile allowance
• Target bonus after 3 months
